This quarter will be a little different than the previous two, with considerably less reading and a lot more writing, research, and independent reading. I’m really looking forward to it. So this quarter I’m taking Middle East in the 20th Century (this is an undergraduate class), Historical Scholarship of the the Modern Middle East, Post-Colonial Period (this is the third and final course in the Middle East historiography series), and Research Seminar in United States History (this is the second half of the two-quarter class).
Like last quarter, I’m a reader for an undergraduate history class. This term I’m grading for the French Revolution, 1789-1814.
Seems like it’ll be a good quarter and I’m looking forward to bringing you along for the ride!
